REQUIREMENT: Can demonstrate full submersion and retrieving object in shallow waters, can tread water for at least 30 seconds, swims on their front (freestyle) and back (backstroke) independently without stopping at least 15 feet.

REQUIREMENT: Can swim 25 yards front crawl (with side breathing) and back crawl, swims 15 yards of breaststroke and butterfly, can perform a shallow dive in deep water, and treads water for at least 2 minutes.
