REQUIREMENT: Kicks on front (w/kickboard) and back independently 25 yards, swims on their front and back 15 yards, tread water 60+ seconds.

REQUIREMENT: Can swim 50 yards continuously changing strokes if needed, dive into water, tread water for 2+ minutes (1+ minute in street clothes).
